Products sold on giansanto.com are limited edition garments from the giansanto_ brand. Each garment is a unique piece, numbered and equipped with: - Military-grade cryptographic chip heat-sealed for authenticity verification - Digital certificate on blockchain - Unique serial number (e.g., N° 01/30) Product images are representative. Slight color variations may occur due to monitor settings.

giansanto_ offers the possibility to pre-order products before their physical availability. The following conditions apply to pre-orders: - Payment is made at the time of pre-order - The estimated shipping date is indicated on the product page at the time of order - In case of production delays, the customer will be promptly informed via email - The customer may cancel the pre-order and obtain a full refund at any time before shipping - The 14-day withdrawal right starts from the actual delivery date, not the pre-order date

All prices shown on the site are in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT. The price applied is the one in effect at the time of order. Accepted payment methods: - PayPal (credit/debit cards, PayPal balance) - PayPal Pay in 3 (3 interest-free installments) Payment is processed securely through PayPal. giansanto_ does not have access to full credit card data.

Shipping is free for all orders within Italy. Delivery times start from the shipping confirmation notification: - Italy: 5 business days - Europe (including Ireland), UK and USA: 10-15 business days — flat rate €24 (VAT included) - Rest of the world: 10-15 business days — shipping on custom quote. The package includes the certificate of authenticity and NFC verification instructions. giansanto_ is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or force majeure events.

In accordance with Articles 52-59 of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without providing any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal: 1. Email [email protected] within 14 days of receiving the product 2. Attach photos of the garment showing original condition (unwashed, unworn, NFC tag intact, original packaging) 3. Await return authorization after photo verification 4. Return the product within 14 days of the withdrawal notice Returns will only be authorized after photographic verification of the product's condition. giansanto_ reserves the right to refuse the return if photos show the garment has been washed, worn, or tampered with. The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method as the purchase. Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer. Important note: the NFC tag is an integral part of the product. Removal or damage of the NFC tag invalidates the right of withdrawal.

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years pursuant to Articles 128-135 of the Italian Consumer Code. The warranty covers defects of conformity existing at the time of delivery. It does not cover: - Damage caused by improper use or negligence - Normal wear of the garment - Damage to the NFC tag caused by tampering - Damage resulting from washing not in accordance with label instructions FORFEITURE OF AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE: The removal, tampering, or damage of the NFC tag — including the use of solvents, heat, or chemical agents — results in the immediate and irreversible forfeiture of the authenticity certification and digital guarantee associated with the garment, regardless of ownership. The tag is an integral part of the product and its integrity is a necessary condition for maintaining the guarantee. giansantø_™ cannot under any circumstances restore the certification of a garment whose tag has been altered or removed. Warranty claim procedure: 1. Email [email protected] with your order number and description of the defect 2. Attach clear photos of the defect 3. Await technical evaluation by giansanto_ 4. If the defect is confirmed, giansanto_ will provide a replacement or full refund giansanto_ reserves the right to request the garment be sent for in-depth inspection before proceeding with replacement or refund.

The giansanto_ brand, logo, designs, authentication protocol, and all site content are the exclusive property of AQuattordici srls. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited. NFTs associated with products grant the owner the right of possession of the digital token, but do not transfer intellectual property rights over the design or brand.

Every giansanto_ garment is equipped with a military-grade cryptographic chip that certifies its authenticity. The verification system: - Generates a unique cryptographic signature with each scan - Records each verification in the database with timestamp and approximate location - Is linked to a digital certificate on blockchain for immutable certification Tampering with the NFC tag or attempting counterfeiting is criminally prosecutable under Articles 473-474 of the Italian Penal Code.

The owner of a giansanto_ garment can transfer ownership to another registered user through the integrated transfer system on the site. The transfer: - Requires a transfer code generated by the current owner - Updates the ownership chain in the database - Is visible on the product verification page - Incurs no additional costs

giansanto_ is not liable for: - Indirect or consequential damages arising from product use - Temporary interruptions of the NFC verification service - Variations in the value of NFTs associated with products - NFC compatibility issues with specific devices

These conditions are governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising from the purchase, the competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, if located in Italy.
